Business game simulation with cybersecurity decisions

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆’𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

We need their contribution to develop and implement sustainable cybersecurity strategies that actually serve the organization.

We need their support to enforce key security requirements. We also need their involvement when a product is developed and launched to ensure cybersecurity isn’t an afterthought. Overlooking security at best leads to budget overruns to fix vulnerabilities, and at worst, a failed launch because the product’s website was shut down by a DDoS attack the moment it went live.
Yet, when we look at traditional business game simulations, cybersecurity is rarely part of the game.
On the other hand, the most effective cybersecurity leaders are those who understand the business and can convey their message in a language that business people understand.
